Admission to study for
Master’s degree in specialty 281 “Public Administration and Management”
  • by correspondence, distance learning – by state order of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service;
  • full-time, part-time, distance learning – at the expense of individuals or legal entities.
  • Term of study – 16 months

    Civil servants and local self-government officials who have obtained a master’s, specialist’s or bachelor’s degree, work in public authorities or local self-government bodies, have at least one year of civil service or service in local self-government bodies at the time of submission of documents to the selection committee of the Institute are admitted to study under the state order in correspondence and distance forms of higher education. The application for admission is filled in with a blue ballpoint pen.

    The application for admission is attached:

  • copies of the diploma of higher education and its supplement certified by the HR department;
  • a copy of your passport and taxpayer registration number;
  • a copy of the military registration document – for persons liable for military service;
  • an exam paper of the Unified Foreign Language Entrance Exam taken in 2020 or 2021 or in 2022;
  • a copy of the employment record book certified by the HR department;
  • four 3×4 cm color photos;
  • a paper binder, a file, two postage-paid envelopes (with a self-addressed stamp)
  • Competitive selection is based on the results of entrance examinations and the average score of a higher education diploma.
